Brian T. Kelly and his partner, Michael Shorstein, limit their practice to adoption law. Mr. Kelly is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and is a Fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. He is also an active member of the Florida Adoption Council.

Mr. Kelly offers complete, comprehensive, and individual adoption services to birth mothers and adoptive parents in a professional, caring and supportive manner. His practice includes matching and placement services, identified, interstate, stepparent, grandparent and family adoptions.

Mr. Kelly is a member of The Florida Bar and in the past Chairman of the Fourth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee (2006-2009). Other memberships include The Jacksonville Bar Association and the Christian Legal Society. Raised in Jacksonville, Mr. Kelly earned his B.A. from the University of North Florida and his J.D. from the University of Florida.
